In 1959 L.Z. Brewbaker achieved his dream of being able to offer high quality, yet affordable housing to the people of Northern Michigan. That was the year he started Brewbaker's Housing Company in Onaway, Michigan. Today Brewbaker's is still a family owned and operated business dedicated to serving the customer.
